The Taliban judiciary announced that two women and a man were flogged in public in Faryab province on charges of fleeing home and engaging in sexual relations.

Berlin and Tashkent have announced an agreement to accept skilled workers from Uzbekistan and to facilitate the repatriation of Afghans accused of crimes from Uzbekistan to Afghanistan.

The ISIS group has announced in a statement that it carried out today's attack on residents of Daykundi province. Tarz Press - The ISIS statement was published late Thursday night, 22 Sunbula, on the Amaq website, claiming that their forces "killed 15 Shia and wounded six others."

Local sources confirmed to Tarz Press that 14 people were killed and four others were injured following an attack by unidentified armed men in Daikundi province.

Zabihullah Mujahid, the chief spokesperson for the Taliban, has claimed that the Taliban government is fully inclusive and comprehensive, with representation from all ethnic groups, including Hazara, Baloch, Turkmen, Uzbek, Tajik, Pashtun, Nuristani, and others in its current structure.

Amrullah Saleh, the former Vice President under Afghanistan's previous President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, described the TAPI project as merely a commercial announcement between powerful nations and stated that its implementation is unlikely.
