The United Nations Security Council, condemning Monday's ISIS attack in Kabul, has emphasized the need for accountability of those responsible for and orchestrating these terrorist attacks.

A senior Taliban official has called on the people to avoid internal disputes and ensure they are not exploited by anyone. Tarz Press: Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Taliban's Minister of Interior, made these remarks today, Thursday, September 5, during the inauguration ceremony of the Abdul Manan Mosque in the 11th security district of Kabul.

The Taliban's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that the Kyrgyz government has removed the group's name from its list of "terrorist organizations," a move they say reflects the need for regional and global engagement with the "Taliban."

Rina Amiri, the U.S. Special Envoy for Afghan Women, has stated that the path to both domestic and international legitimacy for the Taliban lies in respecting the rights of the Afghan people, referencing the Taliban’s new Propagating Virtue and Preventing Vice law.

A day after a deadly ISIS attack in Kabul that left more than 20 people dead and injured, the Taliban's Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs stated that no one would be allowed to disturb the order and security in Afghanistan. 

The Taliban have announced that their supreme leader, Mullah Hibatullah Akhundzada, visited Dasht-e-Leili on the first day of his trip to Sheberghan, where he offered prayers for their fighters who died there.

For the first time, the Taliban have released details about the number of women imprisoned under their rule, revealing that at least 1,000 women are currently held in Taliban prisons.

Following the protests against the new "Propagating Virtue and Preventing Vice" law, the Women's Movement for Freedom has called on the international community to isolate the Taliban and avoid any engagement with the group.

After reports surfaced suggesting the Taliban were interested in purchasing air defense systems from Russia, the Taliban’s Ministry of Defense now states that these reports are incorrect and that there have been no discussions with Russian officials regarding the purchase of anti-aircraft equipment.

An informed source at the Afghan Embassy in Berlin confirmed to Tarz Press that they have received an order to vacate the diplomatic premises in Germany.
