Tarz Press: The Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has stated that they will not rest until Afghan women achieve freedom and justice is established in Afghanistan.

On Thursday, September 26, Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly wrote on her X account that Canada will “stand firm and unwavering” in their support for Afghan women and girls.
She emphasized that Canada, alongside the Netherlands, Germany, and Australia, will not remain silent until Afghan women attain their freedom and justice prevails in Afghanistan.

Joly also accused the Taliban of violating international laws. This comes after a joint statement from Germany, Australia, Canada, and the Netherlands on Wednesday, condemning the gross and systematic human rights violations in Afghanistan, particularly the gender-based discrimination against women. The countries threatened to take legal action against the Taliban.

The statement highlighted that the Taliban's decrees and orders have systematically excluded Afghan women and girls from social life.
