A senior Taliban official has called on the people to avoid internal disputes and ensure they are not exploited by anyone.
Tarz Press: Sirajuddin Haqqani, the Taliban's Minister of Interior, made these remarks today, Thursday, September 5, during the inauguration ceremony of the Abdul Manan Mosque in the 11th security district of Kabul. Addressing the attendees, Haqqani urged them to avoid any disputes and strive to ensure that "no one takes advantage of them."
Previously, the Taliban had expressed concerns about internal divisions within their ranks, and today, this senior Taliban figure emphasized maintaining unity and steering clear of discord. However, this is the first time Taliban leaders have openly expressed concerns about the potential exploitation of the public against them. These concerns about internal differences are not limited to Taliban ministers; Mullah Hibatullah, the Taliban's leader, recently stressed the need to avoid any discord, stating he is even willing to step down from leadership if it means preventing internal divisions.
