The United States has announced that F-22 Raptor jets have arrived in the Middle East, with the aim of preventing the escalation of regional tensions.

Tarz Press – The F-22 Raptor is one of the most advanced fighter jets, featuring stealth capabilities and designed primarily for air-to-air combat. It also has the ability to conduct ground attacks, jam radar systems, and cruise at high speeds. U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) stated in a press release on Thursday, August 8, that these fighter jets were deployed to the Middle East to prevent the escalation of regional tensions caused by Iran and its proxy groups.
These tensions in the Middle East emerged after Iran threatened retaliatory action against Israel following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the political leader of Hamas. The Wall Street Journal reported yesterday that Washington has directly and indirectly conveyed to Tehran that a significant attack on Israel would result in a strong military response. The publication noted that this response would severely damage Iran's government and economy.
