Based on security information, these suspects were in the process of planning the attack.
Following this news, Taylor Swift's concert organizers also announced the cancellation of her performances in Vienna. All purchased tickets will be refunded. The Austrian Chancellor, shortly after the news broke, labeled the planned attack as "dangerous" on X and confirmed that the concert was canceled for this reason.
