Sheikha Mahra, daughter of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the ruler of Dubai, announced her "triple talaq" divorce from her husband on Instagram on Wednesday.
In her official Instagram post, she addressed her husband, stating, "Dear husband, since you are preoccupied with others, I hereby declare our divorce." She repeated three times, "I divorce you." She ended the post with, "Take care. Your former wife."
Following her announcement, her husband removed all her photos from his Instagram, signaling the end of their relationship.
