Tarz Press: The Iranian Armed Forces announced that in last night’s missile attack, they targeted three Israeli military bases, including the base allegedly used in the assassination attempt on Hassan Nasrallah.
Iranian media, quoting Mohammad Bagheri, the commander of the Iranian Armed Forces, reported that Iran’s hypersonic missiles precisely targeted the Mossad base, Nevatim Air Base, and Hatzor Air Base. This Iranian official stated that the aerial operation aimed at assassinating Hassan Nasrallah was launched from Hatzor Air Base a few days ago.
Bagheri emphasized that Iran only targeted military facilities in its missile attack, but warned that if Israel were to attack Iran, it would face a response that would be “several times greater.” Iranian media quoted him as saying that in the event of an Israeli attack “against Iran’s territorial integrity and sovereignty,” all of Israel’s infrastructure would be targeted. However, this top Iranian military official expressed hope that Israel would not make such a “mistake.”
This comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in his latest remarks, reaffirmed his determination to strike Iran. Last night, he reiterated his previous stance, stating, “Anyone who attacks us will be targeted in return.”
