Tarz Press: In response to Benjamin Netanyahu’s remarks, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that Iran is not war-seeking, but will stand firm against any threat.
Late last night, October 1, Pezeshkian wrote on X that “based on legitimate rights and with the aim of ensuring peace and security for Iran and the region, a decisive response was given to Israel’s aggressions.” He emphasized that this action was important to defend Iran’s interests and citizens, adding, “Netanyahu should know that Iran is not war-seeking, but will stand firm against any threat.”
Referring to last night’s ballistic missile attack by Iran, Pezeshkian remarked, “This is just a glimpse of our capabilities,” indirectly warning Israel not to engage in conflict with Iran.
This comes after Benjamin Netanyahu explicitly threatened Iran last night, stating that the Islamic Republic had made a major mistake and would pay the price. Meanwhile, Israel’s key allies, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France, have condemned last night’s missile attacks on Israel.
