Zabihullah Mujahid, the chief spokesperson for the Taliban, has claimed that the Taliban government is fully inclusive and comprehensive, with representation from all ethnic groups, including Hazara, Baloch, Turkmen, Uzbek, Tajik, Pashtun, Nuristani, and others in its current structure.
Tarz Press - Zabihullah Mujahid made these remarks in an interview with an Iranian media outlet. When asked about inclusivity, he responded: "If inclusivity means having representation from all ethnic groups in the cabinet, this has already happened, with the presence of Hazara, Baloch, Turkmen, Uzbek, Tajik, Pashtun, Nuristani, and others."
In the same interview, he further clarified that if "inclusive government" implies the political participation of parties, then, in his words, the answer is clear: "The people of Afghanistan have suffered for years from the activities of political parties and have experienced political instability and collaboration with Westerners, one of the reasons for which was the excessive number of parties."
Zabihullah Mujahid also claimed that about 80% of the employees from the previous government are still working within the current Taliban administration. According to him, most of the experts from the previous government continue to work with the Taliban government, receiving their salaries and benefits and contributing to governance.
