Farooq Azam, an advisor to the Taliban's Ministry of Electricity, reacted to the restrictions imposed by the group's leadership against Afghan women, stating that the Taliban will not be recognized for another hundred years.

Tarz Press - These remarks by Farooq Azam, which were released in a video on social media, have garnered widespread attention and comments from many users. In his speech, he emphasized, "The world does not recognize regimes that usurp women's rights and disrespect women."

While he did not name any specific country, the Taliban official hinted at the intelligence influence of certain countries within the leadership of the group, saying, "There is a hidden hand; whenever the world is about to recognize us, this hidden hand ruins everything."

He also criticized the Taliban's Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice's law, calling it against the Hanafi school of thought, and stated that some aspects mentioned in the law are themselves un-Islamic in how they are addressed.

The law enacted by the Taliban’s Ministry for the Propagation of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice has sparked widespread reactions both inside and outside the country. Just a few days ago, the United Nations Security Council also called on the Taliban to revoke this law as soon as possible.
