The Prime Minister of Uzbekistan has announced that Tashkent will officially accept the Taliban's ambassador in the near future.
Tarz Press: In a statement released by the Taliban-controlled Arg (Presidential Palace), Abdullah Aripov, the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, stated during a meeting with Mullah Abdul Kabir, the Taliban's Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, that Uzbekistan will support the Taliban's positions in global forums. Aripov also emphasized Uzbekistan's commitment to expanding economic and trade cooperation with Afghanistan, including collaboration in the sectors of mining, electricity, agriculture, and reconstruction. According to the statement, the Prime Minister assured that Uzbekistan is ready to proceed with the Afghan-Trans project.
