Donald Trump, the former US president and Republican presidential candidate, has issued a strong threat to Iran, declaring that if Iran assassinates him, it will face total obliteration.
Speaking on his social media platform, "Truth Social," Trump reiterated his harsh rhetoric from his previous presidency, emphasizing that Iran remains America's enemy. He stated, "If they do 'assassinate President Trump,' which is always a possibility, I hope that America obliterates Iran, wipes it off the face of the Earth — If that does not happen, American Leaders will be considered 'gutless' cowards!"
These remarks follow previous reports of an attempted assassination on Trump, with suspicions pointing towards Iran, though Iran has denied involvement. Following the unsuccessful assassination attempt, the US Secret Service has increased protective measures for Trump.
