Maria Zakharova, spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, stated in a press briefing on Tuesday, November 19, that Russia had previously issued the necessary warnings to Ukraine regarding such scenarios. She emphasized: We hope the day never comes when the Kremlin is forced to respond harshly.
These remarks appear to be in response to reports suggesting that U.S. President Joe Biden has authorized Ukraine to use strategic American missiles against Russia.
