Tarz Press: Israeli officials have stated that Israel’s recent attacks on Iran were not a response to the drone attack on the Prime Minister’s residence, and that another response is expected against Iran soon.
According to Israel’s Channel 13, after hours of deliberations on how to react to the recent drone strike on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence, the Israeli cabinet has decided to launch another response against Iran shortly. In the meeting, security officials were explicitly told that the Israeli attack on Iran did not include retaliation for the drone attack on the Prime Minister’s residence, and a separate response must be carried out.
Meanwhile, U.S. officials have declared the recent attack as concluded and urged the Islamic Republic of Iran not to retaliate against Israel’s strikes.
Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, however, responded to the attack, stating that Iran will give an “appropriate response” to Israel.
