Tarz Press: Masoud Pezeshkian, the President of Iran, stated that while he is not in favor of war, Iran will give an “appropriate” response to Israel’s airstrike.
In a statement released today, Sunday, October 27th, Pezeshkian said that this time, Iran’s response will be carried out with “prudence, precision, and patience.”
Israeli fighter jets appeared over Tehran early Saturday morning, targeting several military sites, including Iran’s defense systems. According to Israeli media, around 100 fighter jets, including F-16s, participated in this operation. Iran recently confirmed that five of its military personnel were killed in the attack. Abbas Araghchi, Iran’s Foreign Minister, mentioned in an interview with IRIB that the United States also participated in this operation, despite the U.S. previously denying any involvement in the strike.
